A Rosè sparkling wine with a Sicilian character, obtained from Black Avola grapes in purity, the best of the piscotto foud vineyards for the new Grand Cru of the company: fine and persistent Perlage, fresh and intense perfumes, great flavor and drinkability.
Tasting notes: good pearl and bright color of a soft coral pink. The nose is intense and delicate with enveloping notes of roses and citrus fruits. On the palate it is harmonious, fruity and of great flavor, with a long and clean ending.
Combinations: The freshness and the remarkable persistence of this sparkling wine allow you to use it at the whole meal in particular with fish dishes.
