Cannellino

Character: The cannellino® It represents a real recall of the flavors of the past, thanks to a preparation technique handed down to the present day and remained preciously guarded and unchanged over time. Its particular essence of cinnamon made it the perfect rosolio to be served as a dessert liqueur or during an original aperitif.

Color:Amber brown recalls, also in appearance, the velvety flavor of the cinnamon sticks.

Alcoholic degree:28% vol.

Ingredients:Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, cinnamon infusion.

Preparation: We select precious sticks of perfumed cinnamon to grind them twenty -four hours before the passage in infusion. The product obtained is left to macerate naturally for a time more than a month. After a first filtration, follows the mixing with the syrup composed of water and sugar. Thus proceeds with a second filtration after which the product is left to praise for a few months before bottling.
