To the sugar, the only natural preservative of our products, is associated with Zafferana Etnea honey, to obtain a refined sweetness in the face of a reduced calorie intake, with the advantage of an extraordinary palatability that only a very first quality honey can guarantee.
In addition, the most precious citrus peels are candied in Zagara honey with an exclusive procedure that makes them soft and crunchy and keeps its perfume and aroma intact.
We follow the rhythm of the seasons
Fruit produced in greenhouse or frozen is not used but only the fresh product is worked, at the latest within twenty -four hours from the collection.
Even the lemon juice used comes from fresh lemons, squeezed in the company only at the time of processing.
