Orange and fennel jam with Zagara honey and pepper 240 gr

Inspired by the traditional salad of Sicilian oranges, this jam surprises the palate with a delicate and original combination.

Excellent on toast, perhaps with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a parsley leaf; It also combines well with savory cheeses and medium and long seasoning, in particular with the provola puff pastry.
