Plum jam with dark chocolate, 240 gr

On bread (preferably wholemeal), for breakfast or to fill tarts and leavened or pastry -based sweets.

Excellent also with yogurt.

Ingredients:
Plums (75%), sugar, dark chocolate (95%cocoa pasta, sugar 5%) (2%), lemon juice. Gelitant: pectin.
