Description

This Sicilian wild fennel -based sauce draws its origins from an intuition of the Emir Giafar during the Arab domination in Sicily. It is ideal for flavoring couscous, tabulè, soups and vegetable soups. Perfect for giving more taste to sauces, ragù, second courses of meat and fish. To be used also as a base for pasta with sardines.
